It is a misconception that a “Loft Specialist” is required to undertake a loft conversion. As builders of new homes, especially the houses we build, we will often install a “cut” roof, which requires a high level of knowledge and skill. This enables us to be able to take on any loft conversion, regardless of how complicated it may be.
