We consider joint ventures on a case-by-case basis and offer various structures to suit different circumstances. Here are a few examples of potential joint ventures:
- Land Owner (with planning) + Developer Joint Venture:
- The land owner provides the land with planning consent.
- We act as the developer, obtaining the development loan and executing the build.
- A legal deal is put in place to share profits accordingly.
- Land Owner (without planning) + Developer Joint Venture:
- We take on the planning process to maximise the site’s potential.
- Once planning is obtained, there are two options:
- Sell the land and agree on a profit share.
- Obtain development finance to develop the site and agree on a profit share.
These are just two examples of how joint ventures can be structured. There are many other variations depending on the specific circumstances and details.
